Lori Deeley is a mixed medium artist, art therapist, and art educator based in Kippens, Newfoundland. Central to her work is the line, light, and texture of the natural landscape. Her daily explorations of wild places reflect her desire to correspond between inner and outer landscapes, place and belief.  

She obtained her Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) from NSCAD University in 1993 and has participated in over 20 group and solo exhibitions. Lori completed a residency and exhibition at Grenfell University Art Gallery and in Fair Isle Scotland funded by ArtsNL.

Her work has been acquired by the Newfoundland and Labrador Provincial Art Bank, St. John’s Art Procurement Program, and Newfoundland and Labrador Health Services.

Her work can be seen at Teichert Gallery, Halifax. NS; The Leyton Gallery in St. John’s, NL; The Glass Station in Rocky Harbour, NL; and Picture it in a Frame, Corner Brook, NL.
